A few thoughts on design and color pallet, admittedly a little slap dash and mixed together, regarding two OC's. The Patchwork Alchemist on top, now named Rebecca, and her Shamballa counterpart underneath, also named Rebecca (but refers to herself as Morticia).
Pardon the background, I was planning to submit it just in plain white, but good lord that hurts my eyes. That background is more for my own sake rather than to make it look more detailed or anything.
Tried defining the eye shape a little more, but I'm not so sure that it should stay the exact same one between the two.
The blonde head (for lack of a better phrase) looks too much like Lyra, but I felt it necessary to keep in the picture anyway. I guess it's more for the sake of the color scheme than anything.
And good lord do I need to work on the curls. Any tips?

Great job! The color palette works on all designs for me. If I have to choose, I prefer the second one on top, and the last one the second row for her contrapart. I think that the curly hair looks good on the three designs below but I don't know what effect do you have in mind for your oc. Well, all looks good for me
